Shipping & Delivery

All pieces are carefully prepared and shipped from the United States. Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be shipped out. Once your order is shipped out, it can take between 5-7 business days for your order to arrive.

US Shipping: We offer 5-7 business days Free Standard Domestic Shipping on all orders over $100 and Expedited Shipping for $10. All Standard Domestic Shipments are mailed through USPS. For merchandise orders totaling less than $100, there is a delivery fee of $5 for standard shipping. Once an item is shipped, we are no longer responsible for the package. We do not refund packages lost in transit. We are unable to refund or replace stolen packages or any un-retrieved packages that have been confirmed as delivered. 

International Orders: International orders will be shipped via DHL and shipping cost will be calculated at checkout. There may be duties and taxes incurred on your shipment that you will be responsible for. We do not have any control over these fees and we cannot advise as to what the costs will be, as they vary by country. For more information, please contact your local customs office. Keep in mind that we’re not able to reimburse you for duties and taxes paid upon delivery. 

If a package is refused for reason of no customs payment, the customer is responsible for reaching out to us and attempt to have it delivered again. We will not refund a customer if their order is refused, we will attempt to ship again to the customer or offer store credit towards their next order, minus the shipping charges.
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and secure: We are not responsible for any items not received due to an incorrect or an incomplete shipping address. Items marked undeliverable due to an incorrect shipping address will be reissued if and when they are received back and will incur a re-shipping fee.
Lost Packages : If your package gets lost in transit, we will do everything we can to assist you, however, we are not responsible for packages once proof of delivery is generated.
