We offer returns & exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return it for store credit or other items.

Please note return package must be returned in it's original packaging and the jewelry must show no signs of wear. Items must be unworn, undamaged and with original gift box. 

Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping for their return and exchange. Customer can return the item via their choice of carrier or by requesting a return label from us. 

Custom made pieces, sale items and wholesale orders are excluded from this return policy. All custom ordered and sale items are not exchangeable and final sale.

Return fees will be deducted from your original form of payment after the refund is processed.

STORE CREDIT: The store credit will be sent in the form of a gift card code to the email address you checked out with.
